member of the Board of Directors of Coldwell Banker Home Owners
Realty. She has been providing professional real estate service to
the Grand Junction community for 28 years. Sharon has ranked #1 in
Colorado in total Units and Total Listings Sold. She is among the
top 3% of Realtors Nationwide and has been the Top Producing Realtor
at Coldwell Banker Home Owners Realty for over 18 consecutive years.
Sharon, along with her husband Larry and
Sandy Grant and Associate Alexi Vaughn have built a strong real estate business always making

Larry joined his
wife Sharon as a Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker Home
Owners Realty 22 years ago, following a successful career in
automobile rentals and sales. He has a background of 35 years in
sales, marketing, and management. Larry's primary duties
with The Vaughn Team include management and marketing. He also
handles investments, and property management for the Vaughn's
corporation.

Joining The Vaughn Team just a couple short months after earning
my real estate license in January of 2008 has been my good
fortune! Having one of the most experienced and successful
realtors in the Grand Valley as my mentor as well as being part
of one of the most successful real estate teams in Colorado is

The Vaughn Team is VERY excited that Shannon Lynch has recently
joined The Top 5 Team in Colorado! Shannon graduated with
Cum Laude Honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration in Finance in 2002 from Mesa State College, and
is a Grand Junction native with an impressive number of business
contacts. She is also the proud and devoted wife to a
Halliburton Exec and is a loving mother of two beautiful
children. Her experience in Accounting, Finance, and Sales
is extraordinary and her incredible knack for negotiation and
follow through on business transactions is remarkable.
Shannon is extremely detail oriented, and she gives 110% of
herself to every client, as it becomes evidently clear that she
cares deeply about each and every one of them. We are very
fortunate to have Shannon on our team.
